Dr. Abouali served as Lead Medical Physician of the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games and is a consultant to Canada Basketball (senior men's national team) and Canada Soccer (women's senior national team). Former team physician for the Toronto Argonauts and Toronto FC. Head Physician, Scarborough Shooting Stars (CEBL). He holds Assistant Professor appointments at the University of Toronto and McMaster University.
